Functional The Prowler

We have had great success with functional exercise in our studio and on the retreats.

It suits all levels of fitness, people can work to their own levels and gain fabulous results!

The Prowler that was originally used in American Football Training is now proving to be a popular piece of equipment with all of our clients.  It is so versatile that we use it with rehabilitation clients as well as fitness developing clients.

It’s essentially cardio and energy system training.

Many muscles groups can be targeted with this one exercise.

Always keep good form, keeping the core engaged and the legs firmly planted using big strides.

A great exercise from a great piece of equipment.
